Summary: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. However, if you book a room through Hotels.com, you might experience a surprise regarding the room you selected when you check in. There is a chance that you may not get the exact room shown in the photos. The most important thing to know about this hotel is its location. It is considered to be central, but the streets of Marrakech are narrow and require a lot of walking. Because of this, the hotel is not actually as central as it seems. It is about a 15-minute walking distance, but since you can’t walk directly and have to navigate through the streets, it usually takes around 20–25 minutes. In reality, you are a bit far from the center. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.
